Computer woes

About a week ago my computer went kaput. Crashed. Broken. Useless.
My mom has been letting me borrow hers whenever she's not using it, but I'm still not able to be on as much as I used to.
I lost a bunch of cosplay pictures I had edited, but I still have the originals so once I get a new computer I'll re-edit them and post 'em. I'm just mad that all the work I put into them has been lost T_T
I've been spending my "unwanted free time" cleaning my room. I've been meaning to do that for a while now and this is just the excuse I needed. It still needs a lot of work, but it's a hundred times better than it was.
I'll probably focus on making some more foam faces once I get my work space cleaned. I have a few from AnoHana already patterned out, so that'll probably be the next thing I upload (but I don't know when that will actually happen >_>).
So, yeah. Just know that updates, posts and things will be slower than usual (which, they were already slow before, but now I have an excuse other than being lazy xP).
And since it's getting to be near the end of December I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas! (or whatever holiday you celebrate) And a Happy New Year too!

AniMinneapolis AA Report

Figured I've had a few days to rest and recover from AniMinni so now it's time to post about it~
I enjoyed my first AA experience and will definitely look into more in the future. The only thing I didn't like was the location. We were told we'd be in with the Dealers-that we'd have a locked room to keep our things safe overnight. They lied. We were out in the open right next to the registration line. Thankfully no one stole my pretty colored wire racks and we got a lot of foot traffic (at least on Friday when people where registering).
Trifoce pillows were all gone almost immediately as I was setting up (seriously, I don't even think we were officially supposed to be open and people kept coming up). Will definitely stock up on more for next time (also looking into a few more colors).
My foam faces did okay. I thought they would be a bit more popular, but a lot of people did stop and comment on how cute they were. And I did get a few requests for commissions (should have a picture of those up soon) and I now know how to use that stupid slow-drying glue to get pins to stay on when I don't have access to my hot glue gun--tape them until they're dry! 
Had a great time with the lovely Dragonflyfaerie as my table partner (we were both stressing out over every little thing, but we got through it ^_^). And I can't even begin to remember how many times we rearranged our table. But I was glad I had someone else with me, made it that much more fun!
Had some awesome table neighbors too, we chatted a bit when no one was at our tables, and I got some tips for future cons on the last day when everyone was packing up to leave.
Overall, wonderful experience and I'll know a bit more of what to expect for next time =]

Quick Question

I've been working on some new patterns for my Foam Faces the past few days (cutting and gluing now, so new pictures will be up either later today or tomorrow~) but started wondering what suggestions others might have for me, because even though I have a list started of things I want to make, I know I've missed some (and it's kinda hard deciding on an order since I like them all xD).
So my question for all of you is "what would you like to see next?" I would prefer anime, but video games and cartoons will be fine too (I'd prefer not to do "real life" shows because I run into the problem of 'everyone looks the same' when trying to draw them out with only hair and eyes).
So list your favorites, list the popular, list the obscure, heck, list as many as you'd like! =]

AniMinneapolis: The Countdown Has Begun

For those that don't know, AniMinni is an anime convention in Minneapolis MN, happening June 28-30 this year (so I've only got about a month and a half to get the things I need finished, done).
I'll be cosplaying with my cosplay group,
for two panels. A My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic one (I am Twilight Sparkle). And an Adventure Time one (I'll be Flame Princess-but I still need to make her >_>). As of right now those are the only two cosplays I know I'll be bringing. I'll probably bring one of my Pokemon cosplays (I'm leaning more towards May or Blue/Leaf right now), and possibly Keiko (Yu Yu Hakusho). I don't want to have too many cosplay changes/commitments because of my next point.
I have an Artist Alley table! I'll be sharing my AA table with one of my friends, Dragonflyfaerie (and possibly another friend of hers? I believe that topic was brought up briefly at some point, but hasn't been addressed lately so I'm not sure if it's still happening or not...)
For the most part I know what I'll be bringing, I'm just finalizing a few ideas (and trying out a few new things).
